Everything you need to know about our flowers, ordering, and fulfillment.
Common Questions
Where are your flowers grown?
Our flowers are grown on Oʻahu, including at our farm in Mākaha.
What flowers do you grow?
We primarily grow pakalana, with seasonal offerings that may include pikake, puakenikeni, and plumeria. Availability varies throughout the year.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering as early as possible for weddings, events, and larger quantities. For everyday orders, shop our current harvest or contact us with your requested date. An inquiry does not reserve flowers until your order is confirmed.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup and delivery options depend on the order, date, quantity, and location. Available arrangements will be confirmed before fulfillment.
Can you ship flowers?
Please contact us before placing an order that requires shipping. Availability depends on the flower, destination, timing, transit conditions, and applicable requirements. Shipping is not confirmed until our team approves the arrangement.
Do you accept wedding and event orders?
Yes. Share your event date, flower preferences, estimated quantities, and fulfillment needs. We will review your request against seasonal availability and farm capacity.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes. We supply lei makers, florists, retailers, hospitality partners, and other businesses. Visit our Wholesale page to inquire about recurring orders and available quantities.
How should I care for fresh flowers?
Open your order promptly and follow any product-specific care instructions. Protect flowers from heat and direct sunlight, handle them gently, and use them as close to the fulfillment date as possible.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?
Flowers naturally vary in color, size, shape, and stage from one harvest to another. Product photos represent the general appearance of each offering.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Online orders are confirmed when checkout is complete and you receive an order confirmation. Wholesale and special orders require written confirmation of the product, quantity, price, date, and fulfillment arrangement.
How long will fresh pakalana last?
With proper handling and refrigeration, our fresh pakalana typically lasts 3–4 days after harvest. For the best fragrance and appearance, we recommend using your flowers as soon as possible.
How should I store my pakalana?
Keep your pakalana refrigerated until you're ready to use it. Handle the flowers gently, protect them from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid crushing them. Follow any additional care instructions provided with your order.
When is pakalana season?
Our pakalana season typically runs from April through October. Depending on weather and growing conditions, flowers may begin blooming as early as February and remain available into November. Availability varies throughout the season.
Can I order pakalana outside of the growing season?
Availability depends on weather and our current harvest. If you need pakalana outside our typical April–October season, contact us with your requested date and quantity. We'll let you know what the farm can accommodate.
When should I receive my flowers for an event?
We recommend scheduling pickup or delivery as close to your event as practical. Fresh pakalana typically lasts 3–4 days with proper handling and refrigeration, but is best enjoyed as fresh as possible. Contact us in advance so we can coordinate your order.
